At Springfield Care Home, we care about you. From temporary respite to long-term residential and home care, we put our residents’ needs at the very heart of what we do.
That starts with safety. All residents have 24/7 access to a qualified senior carer in a tailored, fully-accessible environment. In-room call bells, fully-assisted bathrooms and spacious rooms all come as standard. This level of care and attention extends from nutrition to our diverse activities.
Our full-time activity co-ordinator provides a wide range of activities, suitable for all requirements and preferences. As for food, all meals are freshly prepared each day by one of three in-house chefs. We cater for a variety of dietary requirements, including moulded food for residents requiring a pureed diet. In short, life at Springfield is all about fulfillment with the reassurance of expert care.

Springfield Care Home is home to a 70-strong team of care specialists, rated Good with the Care Quality Commission. Our team are highly skilled senior carers in residential care and respite care, with expert training upon appointment and continuous development throughout their employment. All staff are DBS checked, with minimal agency usage, allowing residents to develop meaningful relationships with the team.

“My mother in law has resided at Springfield House now for the last 9 months.
It was a hard decision to have to make but we had started to worry about her well-being and safety at home and despite the obvious telltale signs that she was not really managing, she was still of the opinion that she was ok.
The matter was taken out of our hands when she had a fall and seriously injured her arm back in March last year.
Over the last few months, we have seen a startling change in a lady who historically would only eat certain foods (partially because she had forgotten how to cook) and had an aggressive leg ulcer to a lady who is now settled happily into Springfield House with no medical concerns and a very healthy appetite!
